Switching Between Multiple Schools Using the Multi-Tenancy Dashboard

As a partner or ITC managing filtering for multiple school FIDs, our Multi-tenancy Dashboard provides a convenient dropdown menu that allows you to switch between different schools without needing to log in separately each time.

To get started, access the multi-school console by visiting securly.com > Login > Multi-School Login.

After logging in, navigate to the Policy Editor. Click the down arrow to display a complete list of schools.

Select the school you wish to manage to switch to that school's settings.

There is no limit to the number of schools you can manage using this method.

Please note that partners do not have access to the Activities tab or the Aware tabs, as these contain user activity data.

All partner activity is logged in the Audit log for each specific school and can be viewed by the school admin in the Multi-tenancy view.
