Getting Started with LaunchPad
LaunchPad is your Securly onboarding portal. It gives your school or district a single place to see exactly where you are in your implementation, complete the steps needed to get each Securly product up and running, and stay in touch with your Securly onboarding team. This article explains what LaunchPad is and how to use it day to day.
What you can do in LaunchPad
- Track your implementation progress for every Securly product you’ve purchased.
- Complete onboarding tasks with step-by-step checklists and helpful resources.
- Manage your school profile and contacts so the right people receive updates.
- Stay aligned with your Securly team through shared notes and status updates.
Logging in
Go to learn.securly.com and sign in with your school email address. Only approved domains can access LaunchPad. If you have trouble logging in, email support@securly.com and we’ll help get you access.
The dashboard
When you log in, your dashboard shows an overview of your implementation at a glance:
- The products included in your plan and the current stage of each.
- Your overall progress and any tasks that need attention.
- Quick links to the resources and guides for each product.
Tracking your progress
Each product moves through a series of onboarding stages—such as kickoff, configuration, deployment, and go-live. LaunchPad shows which stage you’re in and what’s left to do so nothing falls through the cracks. As you and your Securly team complete work, the progress indicators update automatically.
Completing onboarding tasks
Within each stage you’ll find a checklist of tasks. To work through them:
- Open a task to read what’s required and review any linked guides.
- Complete the action (for example, rostering users or installing an extension).
- Mark the task as done to update your progress.
If a task doesn’t apply to your school, you can note that so your Securly team knows to skip it.
Managing your school profile and contacts
Use the School Profile area to keep your district details current and to add the team members who should be part of your implementation. Adding the right contacts ensures the people responsible for each product receive the updates and tasks that are relevant to them. For step-by-step instructions, see Adding Implementation Contacts in LaunchPad.
Getting help
Your Securly onboarding team is available throughout your implementation. You can reach out to your assigned contact directly, or email support@securly.com with any questions. You’ll also find product guides and how-to articles right here in the documentation library.
