Does Home send alert emails to parents for Aware activity

No. For Securly Aware activity, parents are not sent alert emails. Instead, parents are notified through push (app) notifications in the Securly Home app for a small number of Securly Aware vectors: sites, searches, and social media.

Email alerts for flagged activity are sent to school admins, not to parents. It is also up to the school to decide whether these notifications are sent to parents at all.
