Why Are Some User Activities Missing from My OU Activity Report?
The activity report for a specific Organizational Unit (OU) may not display activities for all users. This can occur for several reasons:
1. The report may contain more than 3000 entries. If the activities for the users you find missing appear after the 3000th entry, they will not be displayed. Note that entries in the report are arranged by date, with the most recent activities (based on your date selection) appearing first. To view more than 3000 entries, consider generating an email report.
2. The user you find missing may belong to a sub-OU under the parent OU you selected for your report.
For example: If domain.com is a parent OU with 10 users, and Grade 1 and Grade 2 are sub-OUs each containing 30 users, the report will only display activities for the 10 users in the parent OU, excluding users from the Grade 1 and Grade 2 sub-OUs.
Please verify which OU the user belongs to and download the report again. You can also download reports for specific users if needed.
