Case Manager - How do I share cases with contacts outside of the school organization?

Sharing cases with contacts not defined in the system is useful when the school organization needs to involve third-party experts, such as student counselors or wellness professionals. To do so, the setting must first be enabled in Securly Aware by navigating to Cases > Settings. 

After this setting is enabled, the Case Management team will be able to enter the email IDs of third-party contacts. Learn more about alerting authorities.
