Steps for Offboarding Securly Reveal
Data Backup
Ensure all critical data is backed up. Review the Usage Explorer and export any necessary reports that may be needed for future reference.
Remove Reveal Cloud Connector from Devices
For each platform (Windows, macOS, Chromebooks):
- Access your device management settings (e.g., Google Admin Console for Chromebooks).
- Uninstall the Reveal Cloud Connector application from each device.
- Confirm that the extension is removed from all relevant browsers.
Disable Integrations
Student Information Systems (SIS):
- Disconnect any integrations set up between Securly Reveal and SIS (like Infinite Campus).
