How do I resume or pause emails sent to parents?
As a Securly Home admin, you may occasionally need to pause Welcome emails and Activity emails to parents. This can be useful if you want to send a custom email yourself or delay these communications to a later date based on your needs. Note that when Home is enabled for the first time, welcome and activity emails will be paused by default to provide more flexibility on when they’re sent.
To pause or resume emails, log in to Securly Home and navigate to Emails. Select the “Activity emails” tab or “Welcome emails” tab and click on Pause emails.
To unpause emails, simply click Resume emails that appears once emails are paused.
