How can I help Securly with testing SmartPAC?

If you use SmartPAC for filtering, we have some important infrastructure changes coming to Securly Filter. The changes will improve performance and increase security. Now we're looking for help with the final stage - user testing.

This is entirely optional, and if you can't help then that's ok.

Can you update the host part of your SmartPAC URL for a subset of users to follow this format:
https://www-filter.<clusterID>.securly.com/smart.pac?fid=securly@<yourschool.domain>

• useast2-www.securly.com > www-filter.c3.securly.com
• www.securly.com > www-filter.c4.securly.com
• ca-www.securly.com > www-filter.c5.securly.com
• uk-www.securly.com > www-filter.c6.securly.com

If you experience any issues, please let our Support Team know and revert to your previous SmartPAC URL. It should be noted that this is a test and you can change it back at any point, although ideally after a few days of active use.
