How to Deploy Securly to iPads Using AirWatch MDM

You can deploy the Securly solution to your iPads using various MDMs, including FileWave, TabPilot, and AirWatch. We support most popular MDM solutions.

To deploy Securly using AirWatch MDM, follow these steps:

1. Log in to AirWatch and navigate to Devices > Profiles > Add Profile.
2. Select Apple iOS.
   
3. Add a Profile name and configure the following fields:
   1. Version - 1
   2. Deployment - Managed
   3. Assignment Type - Auto
   4. Allow Removal - Always
   5. Exclusions - No
      

4. On the left side of the menu, scroll down to Global HTTP Proxy.

5. Select the Proxy type as Auto.

6. Input the PAC file URL provided by Securly in the Proxy PAC File URL field.
7. Check the box for Allow bypassing proxy to access captive networks.
   

8. Navigate to Credentials and upload the certificate new_securly_self_signed_cert_exp_20200130.der attached at the end of this article.

9. Click on Save & Publish.
