Resolving the 'This Root Certificate is Not Trusted' Error on macOS

If you encounter the 'This root certificate is not trusted' error, it typically indicates that the Securly SSL certificate is not installed on your macOS device.

  1. Download the Securly Certificate CRT file. (securly_ca_2034.crt)
  2. Open Finder and navigate to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.
  3. In the left-hand column, select System.
