• Leading day-to-day implementation of Rhithm across the district

• Developing implementation strategies and monitoring progress

What to Expect

During the kickoff meeting, we will collaboratively create your District Implementation Plan, which will include:

• Clear goals and success indicators

• Identification of key roles in the implementation and the necessary app access for each role

• Policies regarding the frequency and schedule of Rhithm check-ins, in-app communications, and risk alerts

• A comprehensive training plan

What Happens After Kickoff

Following the kickoff meeting, we will ensure that all participants are aligned on the next steps and timelines for implementation.
